Having my proposal building next to Stretford Public Hall, there was an opportunity to share a few spaces and interact with the hall. The stairs can be modified slightly to fit both my building and the public hall, and it is a good opportunity to open up the public hall for more people to visit through the cafe. The mezzanine floor will be used as  a staff lounge or office, and the pantry on the first floor can be shared between the public hall staff and my building's staff.

This idea benefits not only my proposal, but also the public hall. which could attract and welcome more people to visit the hall.
